LI Xiangyun’s Experience of Treatment to Endometriosis

李祥云教授在诊治子宫内膜异位症方面有其独特的理论体系和丰富的临床经验,认为其病机关键在于“肾虚血瘀”,肾气不足,则冲任失于濡养,气血不畅,停滞而为瘀阻;血海满溢失常而见月经失调;气滞血瘀日久,停聚于胞宫胞脉而成癥瘕。治疗上以补肾活血化瘀为大法,辨病辨证相结合,顺应月经周期,以达到调经、止痛、消癥、助孕等目的。

Prof. LI Xiangyun has an unique system of theory and rich clinical experience on aspects of treatment in endometriosis. In his opinion,the key of pathogenesis is deficiency of kidney with blood stasis,insufficiency of kindey Qi. Thus,Chong meridian and Ren meridian are lack of nutrition,with stagnation of Qi and blood,leading to stasis. The abnormal of Xuehai demonstrates menstrual disorder. The long term of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis would acuumulate in uterus to cause tauma. In the treatment,nourishing kidney and vibrating blood to despel stasis are main methods to combine differentiation of diseases and patterns in order to follow menstrual cycle, to reach goals on regulation of blood,relief of pain,dispersion of tauma,promotion of pregnancy.
