摘要
通过总结三类现代实验测试技术包括以X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)等现代大型仪器为主体的多元素同时测试技术与辉钼矿Re-Os、锆石U-Pb定年技术,S、Fe、Cu等稳定同位素示踪技术及其场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和高分辨透射电镜(HR-TEM)等微区分析技术在铜陵矿集区成岩成矿规律研究中的应用成果,说明现代实验测试技术是地球科学研究不可或缺的重要组成部分。
Three types of modern geoanalysis technology including Multi- element simultaneous determination which is mainly used X- ray Fluorescence Spectrometry(XRF), Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP- AES)and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP- MS), Molybdenite Re- Os, Zircon U- Pb Dating, S- Fe- Cu isotopes analysis and micro- area analysis techniques which is mainly used field- emission scanning electron microscopy(FE- SEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR- TEM) have been applied for the study of petrogenesis and metallogenic law in Tongling mining area. This article summarized some application results and concluded that modern geoanalysis technology is an indispensable part of earth science research.
