一维钴基催化剂制备及其电催化析氧性能研究

摘要 通过一种简单温和的共沉淀方法制备了一维纳米棒结构的镍钴草酸盐前驱体,然后在不同的煅烧气氛中煅烧,分别制备了一维纳米结构的NiCo2O4和Ni/Co合金两种材料,并作为析氧反应(OER)的催化剂。实验结果表明,Ni/Co合金因具有更大的比表面积和更好的导电性有利于电催化反应,比NiCo2O4表现出更高的电催化性能。在1.0 mol/L氢氧化钾电解液体系中,在10 m A cm^-2的电流密度下,Ni/Co合金复合物的过电位为325 m V,塔菲尔斜率为79 m V dec^-1。 In this paper, one- dimensional Ni and Co oxalate nanorod precursors were prepared by a facile and mild co- precipitation method. Then one- dimensional nanostructured NiCo2O4 and Ni/Co alloy were prepared respectively through calcing the oxalate precursors in different atmospheres, and used as the catalyst for Oxygen Evolution Reaction (OER). The experimental results indicated that the Ni/Co alloy possessed higher OER performance than NiCo2O4, possibly resulted from its larger specific surface area and higher conductivity. In 1.0 M KOH electrolyte, the Ni/Co alloy achieved a low overpotential of 325 mV and small Tafel slope of 79 mV dec^-1 at a current density of 10 mA cm^-2.
