以某化工厂液氯钢瓶泄漏为例,对泄漏事故进行环境风险评价,计算风险值并提出防范及应急措施。
Taking the leakage of liquid chlorine cylinder in a chemical plant as an example, conduct environmental risk assessment of leakage accidents and calculate value at risk and propose preventive and emergency measures.
