Study on the Risks and Countermeasures of Foreign Trade Enterprises in Guangdong Province

广东省外贸事业稳步发展,贸易总额创新高,民营企业蓬勃发展,一般贸易额比重上升,进出口市场更加均衡。但也面临着汇率风险、信用风险、贸易保护与壁垒加剧风险、政策变化风险以及法律风险。因此,提出完善企业内部信用风险管理制度,提高政策变化风险意识,做好前期调查准备工作,增强外贸企业从业人员的法律意识等对策建议。

The foreign trade value of Guangdong province increase steadily in recent years,hitting a history - ever record high.The private enterprise of Guangdong province develop quickly,and the proportion of the import and export value increased,the import and export market are more reasonable.However,the foreign trade enterprises in Guangdong Province also faces many risks,such as credit risks,new trade barriers,law risks and so on.Based on this situation,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as perfect the risk management system of the company,improve the consciousness of the changing policy,do some preparatory work and so so on to make a better development for those foreign trade enterprises.
