摘要
近年来,受关税壁垒和非关税壁垒的影响,大连市出口效率无法提高,出口成本居高不下,RCEP的提出不仅是我国面临单边主义和贸易保护主义挑战的新契机,也是大连市出口业发展的新机遇。基于大连市出口现状及中国加入RCEP对大连出口的影响分析,得出中国加入RCEP有利于大连对日本、韩国、东盟等主要贸易对象的出口、有利于大连开拓新的出口市场的结论,并提出相关对策建议。
With the rise of anti - globalization and trade protectionism,the Chinese foreign trading has been greatly affected.Dalian's export has been declining and just began to recover gradually in the recent years.However due to the impact to tariff and non - tariff barriers,the export cost remains high.RCEP is not only a new opportunity for China to face the challenge of unilateralism and trade protectionism,but also a new opportunity for Dalian's export. In this paper,base on the current export situation of Dalian in recent years,data and policies are combined to analyze the possible influence of entry to RCEP on Dalian's export and countermeasures and suggestions are given.
