超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定化妆品中氟喹诺酮类药物

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定化妆品中氟喹诺酮类药物。样品以甲酸水和乙腈作为提取溶剂,经超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分离检测。为消除不同化妆品基质带来的差异,采用基质标准曲线进行定量。13种氟喹诺酮的线性范围均在1~50μg·g-1之间,检出限为0.05μg·g-1。对空白样品进行加标回收试验,回收率在84.3%~111.6%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.5%~6.5%之间。 UPLC-MS / MS was used for the determination of fluoroquinolones in cosmetics.The sample was extracted with formic acid solution and acetonitrile.The fluoroquinolones were detected by UPLC-MS /MS and quantified by matrix calibration curves.The linear ranges of 13 kinds of fluoroquinolones were within 1~50 μg·g-1, the detection limit was 0.3 μg · g-1.Recovery rates measured by standard addition method were in the range of 84.3%~111.6% with RSD(n=6)in range of 0.5%~6.5%.
