摘要
本文回顾了国外关于酒驾惩罚的法律法规影响酒驾发生的相关文献,并从计量模型、计量变量的选取、处理数据的方法和对回归结果的解释和讨论四个方面,总结了国外对相关问题的实证研究方法,同时从这些研究结论中为我国的相关公共政策制定提供参考借鉴。
This paper reviews the relevant literature on the impact of laws and regulations on drunk driving in foreign countries,and summarizes the empirical research methods on related issues from four aspects:measurement model,selection of measurement variables,methods of data processing and interpretation and discussion of regression results.Meanwhile,it provides reference for the relevant public policies in China from these conclusions.
