摘要 本文以某电厂百万高效超超临界锅炉为研究对象,结合现场运行壁温和模拟计算结果来探究低负荷分隔屏偏差特性。在现有基础上,吸取经验教训,优化锅炉设计方案,有针对性的提出各项改进措施,提升锅炉的各项性能指标;同时对锅炉受热面进行优化,可合理降低成本。 This paper takes the high - efficiency ultra - supercritical boiler of a Power Plant as the research object, and combines the field running wall temperature and simulation calculation results to explore the deviation characteristics of low - load separation screen. On the basis of the existing, learn lessons and optimize the boiler design plan, propose various improvement measures to improve the performance indicators of the boiler, optimize the boiler heating surface, and reduce the cost reasonably. More boiler markets offer more space.
