摘要
通过构建银川城市创新景气指数指标体系,对银川城市创新活动周期、景气状态变化、未来发展趋势和波动特征进行预测。研究表明,基于时差分析的城市创新景气合成指数,动态反映了银川城市创新景气,便于决策者明确了解城市创新发展现状和趋势,对制定相关政策及创新资源配置具有重要指导意义。
By constructing the innovation prosperity index system of Yinchuan city,the paper predicts the innovation activity cycle,prosperity state change,future development trend and fluctuation characteristics of Yinchuan city.The research shows that the innovation prosperity index,which is based on time-difference analysis,dynamically reflects the innovation prosperity in Yinchuan city.It is helpful for decision-makers to understand the current situation and trend of urban development and have important guiding significance for formulating relevant policies and allocating innovation resources.
