The Changes of International Order and Chinese Consideration under the Framework of Artificial Intelligence: from the Perspective of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind

人工智能破坏性创造的本质对人类社会现行的组织架构形成了颠覆性的重构效应。当前在国际秩序议题上,西方某些国家日益闭塞、排他和对抗的行为方式,与倡导"亲诚惠容"和平外交策略的中国形成鲜明反差。这种冲突集中体现在共同体思维的考量上。通过对旧有共同体逻辑的批判性思考,中国提出了构建人类命运共同体的理念,并利用人工智能的革命性价值对中国版国际秩序进行不断探索和有益尝试。

The destructive creation nature of artificial intelligence has a subversive reconstruction effect on the current organizational structure of human society.On the issue of international order,some western countries are blocking,exclusive and confrontational in their behavior,which is in sharp contrast to China,which advocates the peaceful diplomatic strategy of“amity,sincerity,mutual benefit and inclusiveness”.This conflict mainly reveals in the consideration of the community of shared future for mankind.Through critical thinking of the logic of the old community,China puts forward the idea of building a community with a Shared future for mankind,and makes continuous exploration and beneficial attempts on the Chinese version of international order with the revolutionary value of artificial intelligence.
