摘要
针对IN738铸造高温合金工业生产中850℃/420MPa持久寿命偏低的实际工程问题,开展了浇注温度对IN738铸造高温合金显微组织和高温性能影响的研究。研究结果表明,浇注温度为1410℃时,合金在850℃/420MPa条件下的持久寿命为36h,合金中γ'相包含少量未回溶的粗大的初生不规则球形γ'相和大量固溶时效后重新析出的细小弥散立方状的γ'相,碳化物以颗粒状为主;浇注温度为1490℃时,合金在850℃/420MPa条件下的持久寿命仅为16.5h,合金中γ'相包含较多未回溶的粗大的初生不规则球形γ'相,碳化物以细长状为主。两种工艺下合金持久断口形貌均为沿枝晶断裂,但是1490℃浇注的合金持久断口凹凸不平,有疏松。
The IN738 alloy samples at various pouring temperature were studied. The results show that the stress rupture life and the morphologies of phases were different at pouring temperature 1 410℃ and 1 490℃ in IN738 alloy. The average stress rupture life of alloy poured at 1 410℃ was 36h at the condition of 850℃/420MPa. At the same condition ,the average stress rupture life of alloy poured at 1490℃ was 16.5h only. A few irregularly spherical primary γ' phase was observed in alloy pouring at 1 410℃,and some block carbide existed. However,large number of irregularly spherical primary γ' phase was shown in alloy poured at 1 490℃,and carbides were long strip. The fracture of alloy poured both at 1 410℃ and 1 490℃ is along the dendrite. But the fracture of alloy poured at 1 490℃ is uneven and has obvious microporosities.
