十八届五中全会以来习近平生态文明思想研究述评

A Review on Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18thCentral Committee of the Communist Party

近年来,学界围绕习近平生态文明思想展开了多角度多层次的研究,尤其是在十八届五中全会将"绿色"作为五大发展理念之一提出之后,学者对此的研究热度与日俱增,并取得了丰硕成果。从习近平生态文明思想的形成基础、主要内容、理论特征、价值贡献以及习近平生态文明制度建设的实践向度五个方面出发对相关研究进行梳理与评述,旨在立足宏观把握微观,深化对习近平生态文明思想的系统认识,进一步推动研究的开展,从而更好地为我国生态文明建设的实践服务。这些研究呈现角度多样化、思路系统化、内容细致化的特征,但也存在概念界定不清、内容重复、缺乏比较研究等问题,今后一段时期应加强跨学科研究、实践路径研究和生态难题研究等。

Presently,the academic circles have carried out multi-angle and multi-level research around Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization,especially after "green development"was put forward as one of the Five Development Concepts at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party. The research interest of scholars on this topic has been increasing and fruitful results have been achieved.This paper sorts out and makes comment on the relevant research results from the formation basis,main contents,theoretical features,value contribution of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization and the practical degree of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization system with the purpose of deepening the systematic understanding of the thought based on macroscopic grasp,and further promote the development of research,so as to better serve the practice of ecological civilization construction in China. These studies are characterized by diversification of perspectives,systematization of ideas and meticulous content,but there are still some limitations in unclear definition of concepts,duplication of contents,lack of comparative research and so on. In the future,we should strengthen the interdisciplinary research,practical path research and ecological problems.
