摘要
介绍名中医谭永东主任应用欣胃化肠方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生的临床经验。跟随谭永东主任临证学习。认为慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生的发病病机多为本虚标实,本虚以脾肾亏虚为主,标实主要是气滞、湿热、血瘀,自拟欣胃化肠方,疗效显著。
The clinical experience of the famous Chinese medicine doctor Tan Yongdong in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia was introduced.Tan Yongdong's clinical training followed.It is believed that the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia is mostly virtual standard,and the deficiency is mainly due to spleen and kidney deficiency.The standard is mainly qi stagnation,damp heat and blood stasis.The therapeutic effect is significant.
