刘光伟教授健脾清化方治疗酒精性脂肪肝学验点滴

Theoretical Research of Professor Liu Guangwei in Treating Alcoholic Fatty Liver with Strengthening Spleen and Clearing Away Heat Recipe

目的介绍刘光伟教授应用健脾清化方对酒精性脂肪肝进行治疗的相关理论和经验,进一步指导临床。方法从酒精性脂肪肝的病因病机及健脾清化方临床运用等方面阐述刘光伟教授治疗酒精性脂肪肝的独到见解和临床经验,总结刘教授治疗酒精性脂肪肝的相关原则,并举验案予以佐证。结果刘光伟教授从医多年,具有丰富的临床经验,从病因、病机等方面进行综合分析论证后,刘教授认为酒精性脂肪肝以毒聚、脾虚、湿困为主要特点,故而采用健脾清化方以取得健脾和胃、疏肝清热、解毒化浊三者为主的治疗方法,在临床上能够取得较好的疗效。结论刘光伟教授运用健脾清化方治疗酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著,作者有幸随师侍诊,认真观察,颇有感悟,现将刘光伟教授治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床经验总结如下,希望给临床工作提供新的思路和方法。

Objective By introducing Professor Liu Guangwei's theory and experience in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver(AFL)with strengthening spleen and clearing away heat recipe to guide the clinical work.Methods This paper presents Professor Liu's unique insights and clinical experience in the treatment of AFL from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis of AFL and clinical application of strengthening spleen and clearing away heat recipe,summarizes Professor Liu's relevant principles in the treatment of AFL,and presents some cases to support them.Results Since working as a doctor for many years,Professor Liu Guangwei has rich clinical experience.After comprehensive analysis and demonstration in the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,etc,Prof.Liu believes that the main characteristics of AFL are Toxic accumulation,spleen deficiency and dampness.As a result,the treatment of applying strengthening spleen and clearing away heat recipe to get the effect of strengthening spleen and harmonizing stomach,soothing liver and clearing heat,detoxifying and descending turbid is very efficient.Conclusion Professor Liu Guangwei's application of strengthening spleen and clearing away heat recipe shows remarkable effect in the treatment of AFL.The author had the honor to follow him for many years and got some inspiration by careful observation.Professor Liu's clinical experience in the treatment of AFL is summarized as following,hoping to provide new ideas and methods for clinical work.
