桂枝茯苓丸加味治疗骨科术后下肢静脉栓塞5例

Modified Guizhi Fuling Pills in the Treatment of Vein Embolism of Lower Extremity after Orthopedic Surgery for 5 Cases

目的总结中医治疗深静脉栓塞可重复性方案。方法通过对我院近2年来应用桂枝茯苓丸加味治疗骨科大手术后发生深静脉栓塞病人5例临床疗效的分析,对比治疗前后下肢深静脉彩超表现,评估桂枝茯苓丸加味对治疗深静脉栓塞有效性。结果5例病人经桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗后,经血管彩超检查证实下肢深静脉全部再通栓塞消失。结论桂枝茯苓丸加味对骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓的治疗有确切的可重复的疗效。

Objective To summarize the reproducible scheme of deep vein embolism in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling pill in treating 5 patients with deep vein embolism after major orthopedic surgery in recent two years was analyzed,and the color Doppler imaging of lower extremity deep vein was compared before and after treatment.The efficacy of Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of deep vein embolism was evaluated.Results The Modified Guizhi Fuling pill has definite repeatable effect on the treatment of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after orthopedic surgery.
