退黄熏洗方药浴联合早期游泳在新生儿黄疸中的应用

The Application of Tuihuang Xunxi Recipe Combined with Early Swimming in Neonatal Jaundice

目的探讨退黄熏洗方药浴联合早期游泳在新生儿黄疸中的应用效果。方法88例黄疸患儿随机分为研究组、对照组各44例。所有患儿应用退黄熏洗方药浴,对照组应用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用早期游泳干预。比较2组体质量、黄疸指数、血清间接胆红素及首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间、黄疸消退时间、护理满意度。结果研究组体质量明显优于对照组,黄疸指数、血清间接胆红素均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间、黄疸消退时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组家长护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论退黄熏洗方药浴联合早期游泳治疗新生儿黄疸疗效确切,满意度高。

Objective To explore the effect of Tuihuang Xunxi recipe combined with early swimming in neonatal jaundice.Methods 88 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.All cases were treated with Tuihuang Xunxi recipe,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with early swimming intervention on the basis of the control group.Body weight,jaundice index,serum indirect bilirubin,first bowel movement time,meconium yellow time,jaundice regression time,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The body weight of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the jaundice index and serum indirect bilirubin were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first defecation time,meconium yellowing time and jaundice regression time in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tuihuang Xunxi recipe combined with early swimming in the treatment of neonatal jaundice is effective,and has high satisfaction.
