六五四合方治疗胎儿生长受限42例

Liuwusi Recipe in the Treatment of Fetal Growth Restriction for 42 Cases

目的自拟中药“六五四合方”治疗胎儿生长受限42例临床观察。方法78例胎儿生长受限(FGR)孕妇随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(36例)。2组均给予复方氨基酸及能量合剂静脉滴注治疗,治疗组同时加用中药复方“六五四合方”治疗。2组均7d为1个疗程,共3~4个疗程。比较分析2组临床疗效及胎儿脐血流变化。结果治疗组临床总有效率92.9%(39/42)及胎儿脐血流异常指标的改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗FGR疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods 78 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.36 cases in control group were given compound amino acid injection and nutrition therapy by intravenous infusion.42 cases in the treatment group were also given oral compound Chinese medicine based on that of the control group.The clinical effect and umbilical blood flow(S/D)of patients were analyzed.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Some indexes of umbilical blood flow in treatment group change obviously comparing with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of TCM and western medicine could have satisfied curative effect on FGR,which could effectively treat fetal growth restriction and improve fetal growth and development.
