消滞汤联合中药穴位贴敷对小儿厌食症疗效及食欲调节因子影响

The Therapeutic Effect of Xiaozhi Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application on Infantile Anorexia and Appetite Regulation Factors

目的探究消滞汤联合中药穴位贴敷对小儿厌食疗效及食欲调节因子影响。方法选取62例小儿厌食症患儿随机分为2组。对照组予以健胃消食片治疗,试验组予以消滞汤联合中药穴位贴敷治疗,比较2组患儿临床疗效、中医证候积分、体质量、体质量指数、身高以及食欲调节因子水平。结果治疗后与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,体质量、BMI较高,中医症状积分较低,促食欲激素/瘦素、神经肽Y较高(P<0.05);2组治疗前后身高差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消滞汤联合中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿厌食症能显著提高临床疗效,并有助于上调促食欲激素/瘦素、神经肽Y水平。

Objective To explore the effect of Xiaozhi decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on anorexia and appetite regulation factors.Methods 62 cases with anorexia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received Jianwei Xiaoshi tablet,while the experimental group received more with Xiaozhi decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,body mass index,height and appetite regulating factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher,body weight and BMI were higher,TCM symptom score was lower,appetite-stimulating hormone/leptin and neuropeptide Y were higher(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in height between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaozhi decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of infantile anorexia,and help to increase the levels of orexin/leptin and neuropeptide Y.
