炙甘草汤治疗老年冠心病心律失常临床观察

Clinical Observation on Zhigancao Decoction in the Treatment of Arrhythmia of Senile Coronary Heart Disease

目的系统性评价炙甘草汤联合西药治疗老年冠心病心律失常患者临床疗效。方法选取自2017年12月—2018年12月门诊及病房收治的老年冠心病心律失常患者60例,入组病例采取信封法随机分为2组,各30例。对照组根据临床治疗指南2组患者均应用抗血小板聚集、调节血脂、扩冠等治疗。试验组在对照组基础上联合中药炙甘草汤,观察2组患者的治疗前后中医证候积分及中医治疗有效率情况。结果治疗后试验组中医证候积分为(8.90±4.13)分,对照组为(11.70±4.90)分,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医治疗疗效:试验组:显效10(33.3%),有效15(50.0%),无效5(16.7%)。对照组:显效6(20.0%),有效12(40.0%),无效12(40.0%)。试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年性冠心病心律失常的患者应用西药联合炙甘草汤,临床效果优异,可以改善患者临床症状,提高老年冠心病心律失常患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Zhigancao decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 60 elderly patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method from December 2017 to December 2018.30 patients in the control group were treated with anti-platelet aggregation,lipid regulation and catheter dilation according to the clinical treatment guidelines.30 patients in the experimental group were treated with Zhigancao decoction on the basis of the control group.The scores of TCM symptoms and the efficiency of TCM treatment were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was(8.9±4.13)and that in the control group was(11.7±4.9),and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Efficiency of TCM treatment:The experimental group:marked effect:10(33.3%),effective:15(50%),ineffective:5(16.7%).Control group:marked effect:6(20%),effective:12(40%),ineffective:12(40%).The experimental group was superior to the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with Zhigancao decoction has excellent clinical effect on senile patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.It can improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of senile patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
