中国穴位埋线疗法系列讲座（106） 星状神经节为主埋线治疗围绝经期综合征临床观察

Series Primary Lecture about Acupoint Embedding Thread Therapy(106) Clinical Observation of Stellate Ganglion as Main Catgut Embedding Therapy in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的评价星状神经节为主埋线治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例围绝经期综合征患者,采用随机数字表法分为埋线组和针刺组,各30例。其中埋线组采用星状神经节为主埋线治疗,针刺组则采用常规针刺治疗,1个疗程后观察2组的临床疗效。结果埋线组总有效率为83.33%,针刺组总有效率为73.33%。2组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节为主埋线治疗围绝经期综合征效果明显优于单纯针刺治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of stellate ganglion catgut embedding in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into catgut embedding group and acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group.Stellate ganglion was used as the main catgut embedding therapy in the catgut embedding group,while conventional acupuncture was used in the acupuncture group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed after one course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of catgut embedding group was 83.33%,and that of acupuncture group was 73.34%.There was significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Stellate ganglion as the main catgut embedding therapy for perimenopausal syndrome is significantly better than simple acupuncture treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.Conclusion Stellate ganglion as the main catgut embedding therapy for perimenopausal syndrome is significantly better than simple acupuncture treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
