混元灸治疗腹泻的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of Mixed Moxibustion in Treating Diarrhea

目的分析混元灸治疗腹泻的临床护理体会。方法选取2015年12月—2017年12月收治的60例腹泻患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表方法进行分组,分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用混元灸治疗,对照组采用常规西医治疗。分析和比较2组的临床治疗效果、相关实验室指标、不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%(29/30)远高于对照组80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的IgA(2.80±0.35)g/L、IgG(11.75±1.22)g/L、IgM(1.78±0.31)g/L均远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予腹泻患者应用混元灸治疗临床疗效显著,具有操作简单,毒副作用小的优点,帮助患者尽早控制病情,是一种值得推广的传统疗法。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing experience of mixed moxibustion for diarrhea.Methods 60 cases of diarrhea patients admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the numerical method.The treatment group was treated with mixed moxibustion,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The clinical therapeutic effect,relevant laboratory indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(96.67%,29/30)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%,24/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,IgA(2.80±0.35g/L),IgG(11.75±1.22g/L)and IgM(1.78±0.31g/L)in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mixed moxibustion in diarrhea patients has obvious clinical efficacy,simple operation and small toxic and side effects.
