“十八反”中药配伍治疗大鼠骨折钼靶X线观察实验 被引量:2

Observation Experiment of Molybdenum Target X-ray in the Treatment of Rats Fracture with "Eighteen Clashes" Chinese Materia Medica Compatibility

摘要 目的肌腱、软组织、乳腺等检查采用钼靶X射线检查是对疾病诊断的有效方法之一。采用钼靶X射线观察大鼠骨折模型,以探讨中药在骨折愈合过程的影响及促进作用。方法选择7月龄SD大鼠20只,雌雄各半,体质量(230±20)g,随机分组,分为不给药量的对照组和实验组。手术制作胫骨骨折模型,12~24h昼夜间隔,每组10只,持续3d使用青霉素60万U和庆大霉素8万U对各组每只每天早晚分别肌肉注射,以免发生感染。分别在给药后2周、3周、4周按期麻醉进行影像学观察。结果骨痂密度:钼靶X线照片骨纹理清晰,骨与软组织对照明显,在骨折愈合过程中,实验组对照组相比骨痂区域的密度差异有较大的区别。骨痂生长情况:前1周实验鼠是按照乌头与制半夏=1∶1来涂药,未发现肿胀现象软组织有骨痂形成。取材后在骨折面有大量的肉芽软组织。2周、3周、4周所实验鼠按照乌头比制半夏=1∶2来涂药,形成大量的骨痂,无肿胀现象。结论利用钼靶X射线检查大鼠胫腓较薄的组织,不仅可以观察到骨骼愈合情况,还可以观察周围组织,符合临床X射线检查小剂量要求。乌头与制半夏可改善微循环的特性对骨折愈合有促进作用。 Objective THe examination of tendon,soft tissue,mammary gland and so on uses Molybdenum target X-ray examination is one of the effective methods to diagnose the disease.Molybdenum target X-ray was used to observe the fracture model of rats to investigate the effect and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine on fracture healing.Methods 20 SD rats of seven months age,half male and half female,weighing(230±20)g were randomly grouped by Henan Medical Animal Experimental Center and divided into control group and experimental group.The surgical model of the tibia fracture was made,with 12h^24h day and night intervals of 10 in each group.For 3 days,6 00000 units of penicillin and 80,000 units of gentamicin were injected into the muscles each morning and evening to avoid infection.Imaging observations were made on 2W,3W,and 4W scheduled anesthesia after administration.Results Bone callus density:the bone texture of Molybdenum target X-ray photograph is clear,bone and soft tissue control is obvious,in the process of fracture healing,the control group and the experimental group has a large difference in the density of the callus area.2.Bone callus growth:The first 1W experimental mice were coated with aconite and Pinellia=1:1 and no swollen soft tissue were found to have bone callus formation.After drawing,there is a large amount of granulation soft tissue on the fracture surface.The 2W,3W,and 4W experimental mice were coated according to the black head ratio of Pinxia=1:2 to form a large amount of bone callus without swelling.Conclusion Using Molybdenum target X-ray to examine the thin tissue of the tibia and fibril in rats can not only observe the bone healing,but also observe the surrounding tissue,and meet the requirements of clinical X-ray examination of small dose.Aconitum and Pinellia can improve the characteristics of microcirculation and promote the healing of fractures.
