摘要
目的建立青花合剂质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别大青叶和金银花,采用HPLC法测定蛇床子中有效成分蛇床子素的含量。结果薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;蛇床子素在0.0360~0.1439mg·mL^-1,浓度和峰面积线性关系良好,加样回收率为99.52%,RSD为0.64%(n=9)。结论该方法可用于青花合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Qinghua mixture.Methods Thin layer chromatography was used for qualitative identification of Dyers Woad Leaf and Honeysuckle.High performance liquid chromatography was used for quantitative determination of Osthol,the active ingredient of Cnidium monnieri(L.)Cusson.Results The spot in TLC was clear and no interference appeared in the negative control.The calibration curve of Osthol showed a good linear relation over the range of 0.0360~0.1439 mg·ml-1.The average recovery was 99.52%,and the RSD was 0.64%(n=9).Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Qinghua mixture.
