中医护理措施对恢复期脑中风肢体功能的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Measures on Limb Function of Cerebral Apoplexy Patients in Recovery Period

目的探析中医护理措施对恢复期脑中风肢体功能的影响情况。方法选取接收的恢复期脑中风肢体功能障碍患者92例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分组。参考组选择采取常规护理模式,在参考组的基础上,研究组采取中医护理措施。观察分析经分别开展不同护理模式后患者的CSS评分、Barthel指数和护理满意度情况。结果干预后,研究组的CSS评分明显低于参考组,而Barthel指数评分则高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参考组的护理满意度为73.91%,明显低于研究组的91.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对恢复期脑中风病人予以中医护理措施,能有效改善患者的神经功能,提高日常生活能力,提升患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of TCM nursing measures on limb function of convalescent stroke patients.Methods Ninety-two convalescent stroke patients with limb dysfunction were selected and divided into different groups according to the method of digital random sampling.The control group chose to adopt the routine nursing mode.On the basis of the reference group,the research group chose to adopt the traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures.The CSS score,Barthel index and nursing satisfaction of patients after different nursing modes were observed and analyzed.Results After intervention,the CSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the Barthel index score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 73.91%,which was significantly lower than that of the study group(91.30%)(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing measures for convalescent stroke patients can effectively improve their neurological function,daily living ability and nursing satisfaction.
