中医证候规范化进展与思考

Progress and Thought on Standardization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome

证候是中医学的核心,当前迫切需要对中医证候进行规范化研究。本文从证候术语、证候分类以及证候诊断标准分析目前存在的问题;从微观辨证、计量诊断、流行病调查、多元统计综述了当前证候规范化的研究方法;并从证候规范需要扎实的基础、恰当的研究方法和丰富的临床积累等进行了展望;坚信选择基础好的证候进行规范化研究,可望能从点上获得突破。

Syndrome is the core of traditional Chinese medicine,and there is an urgent need for standardized research of TCM syndromes.This paper analyzes the current problems from syndrome terminology,syndrome classification and syndrome diagnostic criteria.We also summarized the current research methods of syndrome standardization from microscopic syndrome differentiation,measurement diagnosis,epidemiological investigation and multivariate statistics.We propose that syndromes standardized require a solid foundation,appropriate research methods,and rich clinical accumulation.We firmly believe that a syndrome with good foundation for standardization research is expected to achieve breakthroughs from the point.
