基于OBE理念的应用型本科制药工程专业人才培养模式的研究与实践

The Study and Practice on the Training Mode for Pharmaceutical Engineering Professionals of Applied Undergraduate Based on the Concept of OBE

积极进行制药工程专业人才培养模式的探索与实践,培养出符合社会需求的高素质应用型本科制药工程专业人才是我国医药行业发展的人才保障。制药工程专业人才培养在人才培养目标、实践教学体系以及师资队伍建设等方面还存在不足。基于成果导向教育(OBE)模式,从明确制药工程专业人才培养目标,加强师资队伍建设,构建合理的课程体系、实践教学体系以及多层次的考核评价体系等方面改革,为我国应用型本科制药工程专业人才改革和人才培养提供新的借鉴模式,从而进一步提升我国制药工程专业人才教育质量。

Actively exploring and practicing the cultivation mode of pharmaceutical engineering professionals,cultivating high-quality pharmaceutical engineering professionals of applied undergraduate accord with the needs of the social is the talent guarantee for the development of China's pharmaceutical industry.There are still some deficiencies in the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering talents in talent training objectives,practical teaching system and faculty construction.Based on the OBE model,we make clear the training objectives of pharmaceutical engineering professionals,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and establish a reasonable curriculum system,practical teaching system and multi-level assessment and evaluation system for reform.The purpose of this study is to provide a new reference model for the talent reform and training for pharmaceutical engineering professionals of applied undergraduate,so as to further improve the education quality of the pharmaceutical engineering in China.
