摘要
随着社会的不断进步,硕士研究生的培养规模得到了迅猛发展,国家对其知识、能力和素质提出了更高的要求。本文分析了硕士研究生的培养现状和应该具备的综合能力,从培养模式、课程体系构建、导师队伍、学位论文监管等方面提出硕士研究生综合能力培养的相关措施。
With the advancement of society,the training scale of postgraduate students has got a fast development and the higher requirements are required in knowledge,capability and quality for postgraduate students.The cultivation actuality and the comprehensive abilities of postgraduate students are analyzed.Based on the cultivation mode,curriculum system construction,tutors and supervision of academic dissertation,this paper puts forward some related measures of the cultivation of the comprehensive abilities of postgraduate students.
