医患关系紧张的原因及其改善策略

随着医疗技术的不断进步和医疗卫生事业的迅速发展,人民群众的健康保障也得到了显著提高。但是,医患关系紧张的问题并没有得到明显的改善,甚至在我国的部分地区,医患关系紧张的问题越发严重。本文针对我国医患关系紧张的现状,从医生医疗水平、职业道德、沟通能力、患者的医学认知水平及经济水平、法律政策及社会舆论等方面进行分析,提出了医生高水平医疗、医德高尚及有效沟通、提高患者医学认知水平和法律意识以及法律法规的完善、社会舆论的正确引导是改善医患关系紧张的有效策略。

With the continuous progress of medical technology and the rapid development of medical and health undertakings,the health security of the people has also been greatly improved.However,the tension between doctors and patients has not been significantly improved,and even in some parts of China,the tension between doctors and patients is becoming more and more serious.In this paper,the status of the doctor-patient relationship nervous China,from the doctor medical level,professional morality and communication ability,the patient's medical cognitive level and economic level,legal policy and public opinion analysis,proposed the high level of medical,noble medical ethics,and to communicate effectively,improve the level of medical patients with cognitive and legal consciousness and the perfection of laws and regulations,social the correct guidance of public opinion is an effective strategy to improve the doctor-patient relationship nervous.
