摘要
分析我国护理专业学位研究生课程设置概况,包括课程设置的目的、内容、教学方式、课程考核评价4个方面。通过对比分析课程体系的不足之处,提出针对性的改进策略,逐步完善护士硕士专业学位研究生课程体系构建,为今后培养临床专业护理人才奠定基础。
This paper analyzes the general situation of the curriculum setup of nursing graduate students in China,including the purpose,content,teaching method and evaluation of the curriculum.Through the comparative analysis of the shortcomings of the curriculum system,this paper puts forward targeted improvement strategies,and gradually consummates the construction of the curriculum system of nursing master degree and graduate students,which will lay the foundation for the training of clinical nursing talents in the future.
