自动胶圈套扎法和传统手术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期内痔效果比较

Comparison of effects of automatic rubber ring ligation and traditional surgery in treatment of stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids

目的:比较自动胶圈套扎法和传统手术治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ期内痔的效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年3月至2018年2月期间我院收治的102例Ⅱ~Ⅲ期内痔患者的临床资料,依照治疗方式不同分为研究组和对照组各51例。研究组应用自动胶圈套扎法治疗,对照组应用传统手术(外剥内扎术)治疗。对比评价两组的治疗效果、围手术期临床指标参数(手术时长、术后排便时间、住院天数)、疼痛程度、术后并发症发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,研究组患者的手术时间和术后排便时间更短、住院天数更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组感到Ⅲ级疼痛程度的人数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的术后并发症发生率(5.88%)低于对照组(19.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上述两种治疗方式临床疗效相当,但自动胶圈套扎法更有利于患者术后恢复,减轻疼痛症状,术后并发症发生率低。

Objective: To compare effects of automatic rubber ring ligation and traditional surgery in treatment of stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids. Methods: 102 cases of stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids, who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018, were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different treatment methods, they were e divided into study group and control group, 51 cases in each group. The study group was treated with the automatic rubber ring ligation, while the control group was given the traditional surgery(external dissection and internal ligation). Then, the treatment effects, perioperative clinical parameters(length of operation, length of hospital stay, defecation time after the operation), pain degrees and postoperative complications of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the study group and the control group(P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the study group had shorter operation time, less postoperative defecation time, and fewer hospitalization days, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After the treatment, the number of the patients with grade Ⅲ pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate of the study group(5.88%) was lower than that of the control group(19.61%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The above two treatment methods have comparable clinical effects. However, the automatic rubber ring ligation method is more conducive to the postoperative recovery with less pain symptoms and lower postoperative complications.
