团体生物反馈治疗男性慢性精神分裂症患者的效果

Effects of group biofeedback therapy on male patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的:观察团体生物反馈治疗男性慢性精神分裂症患者的效果。方法:选取本中心收治的男性慢性精神分裂症患者40例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。两组患者均接受抗精神病药物的常规治疗,观察组同时联合团体生物反馈治疗,治疗3个疗程后,比较两组阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、药物不良反应量表(TESS)、住院患者观察量表(NOSIE-30)评分。结果:经治疗后,观察组PANSS量表阳性症状愉悦感缺乏评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组NOSIE-30量表激惹、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组其余指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组TESS的总评定结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在抗精神病药物常规治疗基础上采用生物反馈治疗有助于改善男性慢性精神分裂症患者阳性症状,其提高社会功能的效果优于单纯抗精神病药物常规治疗效果。

Objective:To evaluate effects of group biofeedback therapy on male patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods:40 male patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to the center were selected as the subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group.Both groups received routine antipsychotic treatment.Besides,the observation group was also combined with the group biofeedback therapy.After 3 courses of treatment,the scores of the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)and the nurse observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE-30)of the two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment,the score of the positive symptom lack of pleasure in the PANSS of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For the NOSIE-30,the scores of irritation and depression of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);However,there were no significant differences in the other indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).Further,there was no significant difference in the total result of TESS between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Based on the conventional antipsychotic treatment,the biofeedback therapy can improve the positive symptoms of the male patients with chronic schizophrenia,and its effect on improving the social function is better than that of single antipsychotic drug.
