快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜下保胆取石术围手术期患者中的效果观察

Effects of fast track surgical nursing on perioperative patients undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder-preserving cholecystolithotomy

目的:观察快速康复外科护理应用于腹腔镜下保胆取石术围术期患者的效果。方法:选取88例接受腹腔镜下保胆取石术治疗的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组给予常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取围术期快速康复外科护理,比较两组手术指标、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组术后首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、肠道功能恢复时间明显早于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率4.5%(2/44),明显低于对照组的22.7%(10/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.5%(42/44),明显高于对照组的75.0%(33/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理应用在胆结石围术期患者的护理中,有利于促进患者术后恢复,减少并发症,且可提高护理满意度。

Objective:To observe effects of fast track surgical nursing in perioperative patients undergoing laparoscopic gallbladderpreserving cholecystolithotomy.Methods:Eighty-eight patients,who underwent the laparoscopic gallbladder-preserving cholecystolithotomy,were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group received the perioperative fast track surgical nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The surgical indexes,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The first exhaust time,the first time to get out of bed,and the recovery time of intestinal function were significantly earlier in the observation group than in the control group;the hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.5%(2/44),which was significantly lower than 22.7%(10/44)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.5%(42/44),significantly higher than the control group of 75.0%(33/44),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For the perioperative patients undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder-preserving cholecystolithotomy,fast track surgical nursing is beneficial to promote the postoperative recovery and reduce the complications.Moreover,it can improve the nursing satisfaction.
