用药护理在替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌患者中的应用

Application of medication nursing in treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的:分析用药护理在替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选取120例老年晚期胃癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组与研究组各60例;患者均接受替吉奥胶囊治疗,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予用药护理。结果:研究组的治疗依从率为83.3%,明显高于对照组的46.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的各项药物不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理总满意度为96.7%,高于对照组的78.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用药护理应用于替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌患者中,可有效减轻药物不良反应,提高患者依从性和护理满意度,其效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To analyze application effects of medication nursing in treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:120 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=60)according to the random number table method.All patients were treated with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil potassium capsule.Besides,the control group received routine nursing,while the study group was given the medication nursing based on that of the control group.Results:The treatment compliance rate of the study group was 83.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(46.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=27.854,P=0.001).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.7%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The medication nursing in the treatment of the elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer can effectively alleviate the adverse drug reactions,and improve the patient compliance and nursing satisfaction.Moreover,its effects are better than the simple routine nursing.
