生态优化视角下的零能耗居住建筑优化设计初探 被引量:2

摘要 文章探讨了零能耗居住建筑的优化设计问题,通过突破传统的节能设计方法,针对建筑的能源、经济及生态统一论域的生态优化问题展开探索。文章先后从建筑节能问题、零能耗设计实践面临的问题、零能耗建筑优化设计方法国内外发展情况、优化设计实现技术途径四个方面展开研究。构建了以热力学优化为原理的零能耗居住建筑优化方法,提出了整合节能优化、经济优化、生态优化的三个维度多目标优化设计方法,可以对零能耗建筑设计研究者提供指导和借鉴。 This paper breaks through the traditional energy-saving design method to explore the optimization design of zero energyconsumption residential buildings,and also explores the ecological optimization in the unification of the energy,economy and ecology of the buildings.The research is carried out from four aspects:building energy-saving,zero energy-consumption design practice,the development of the optimization design methods of zero energy-consumption buildings in domestic and abroad,and the technical approach of realizing optimum design.The optimization method of zero energy-consumption residential buildings based on thermodynamic optimization is constructed.A multi-objective optimization method integrating three dimensions of energy-saving optimization,economic optimization and ecological optimization is proposed,which can provide guidance and reference for researchers of zero energy-consumption architectural design.
