本文讲述了火灾对建筑结构主要材料的损害机理,火灾对建筑结构的影响,火灾后对建筑结构鉴定的意义、内容、检测和鉴定方法,并实例讲解现行鉴定标准的局限性和损伤等级评定中遇到的问题,以及解决问题的办法,并提出灵活运用鉴定标准的创新思路。

This paper describes the damage mechanism of the fire to the main materials of building structure,the impact of fire on building structure,the significance,contents,detection and identification methods of building structure identification after fire,and illustrates the limitations of the existing identification standards,the problems encountered in damage grade assessment and the solutions to the problems.Finally,this paper puts forward the innovative ideas of flexibly applying appraisal criteria.
