城市居家养老模式下居住小区景观适应性研究

Study on Landscape Adaptability of Residential Quarters Under Urban Home-Based Elderly Care Model

随着我国人口老龄化现象越来越普遍,城市中老年人逐渐形成以居家模式为主的养老模式。在这种现状下,建筑设计需要将关心、尊重老年人的宗旨融入城市生活中。文章分析了老年群体的心理特征和他们在小区户外环境中的需求,总结出城市居家养老模式下居住小区景观适应性中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决策略。

With the increasing popularity of the aging population in China,the old and middle-aged people in cities have gradually formed a home-based pension model.Under this situation,architectural design needs to integrate the purpose of caring for and respecting the elderly into urban life.This paper analyses the psychological characteristics of the elderly and their needs in the outdoor environment of residential areas,sums up the problems existing in the landscape adaptability of residential areas under the mode of urban home-based elderly care,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
