某超高层建筑中烟囱效应的不利影响和整改措施

The Adverse Effects of Chimney Effect and Rectification Measures in a Super High-Rise Building

近年来,超高层建筑在全国各地不断涌现,超高层建筑的功能主要涉及办公、酒店、公寓、住宅等,其中超高层建筑安全是设计的重点内容。但是,北方地区的超高层建筑在寒冷季节时,室内电梯在使用过程中经常会出现电梯门关不上,运行中产生噪声、啸叫声的问题,即烟囱效应的问题,尚未引起足够重视。笔者以某一实际超高层项目为例,针对项目中出现的冬季电梯门关不上、部分电梯啸叫声明显的问题,进行现场调研,分析现状,并提出相关整改措施。经后续改造和运行,使用效果良好。

In recent years,super high-rise buildings have been emerging all over the country.The functions of super high-rise buildings mainly involve office,hotel,apartment and residence.The safety of super-high-rise building is the key content of design.However,for the super high-rise buildings in the northern region in the cold season,the indoor elevator often fails to close the door in the use process,and the problem of noise and noise in operation,namely the chimney effect,has not attracted enough attention.Taking an actual super high-rise project as an example,the author conducted a field survey to analyze the current situation and put forward relevant rectification measures aiming at the problems of the elevator door not closing in winter and the obvious noise of some elevators.After the subsequent transformation and operation,the effect is good.
