摘要
全球老龄化日益严重,日本是老龄化最严重的国家之一,CCRC模式渐渐成为日本主推的养老模式之一,本文通过研究CCRC模式在日本经过本土化的发展历程、发展经验及其特点,对发展我国的CCRC养老模式具有重要意义。
The population aging is becoming more and more serious gradually.Japan is one of the countries with most serious aging.The CCRC model has gradually become one of Japan’s main pension models.This paper studies the development process,experience and characteristics of CCRC model in Japan,which has great significance for the localized development of CCRC pension model in China.
