摘要
葵城路集中供热管网工程位于博爱县城区,管道穿越幸福河,该河道为防洪河道。本文结合河道防洪标准要求,对河道演变及边界条件进行分析,采用小流域推理公式法计算洪峰流量和推算洪水位。根据地质勘查资料和管道位置,采用黏性土一般冲刷河槽公式计算冲刷深度,结合冲刷深度计算成果,综合分析了该工程建设对河道堤防、防汛抢险、生态环境、第三人合法水事权益等的影响,并提出了相应的防治与补救措施,为水行政主管部门加强防洪管理和审批等提供技术依据,确保河道行洪安全。
The central heating pipe network project on Kuicheng Road is located in the urban area of Bo’ai County.The pipeline runs across the Happiness River.The river channel is a flood control channel.This paper combined with the requirements of flood control standards for rivers,the river evolution and boundary conditions are analyzed.The small watershed reasoning formula is adopted to calculate the flood peak flow and predict the flood level.According to the geological survey data and the location of the pipe,the scouring depth is calculated by the general scouring formula of scouring soil.Combined with the calculation results of the scouring depth,the construction of the river dyke,flood control,ecological environment and the legal water rights and interests of the third party is comprehensively analyzed,and corresponding prevention and remedial measures are put forward so as to provide technical basis for the water administrative department to strengthen flood control management and approval,and ensure the safety of rivers.
