不同剂量氨溴索佐治小儿重症肺炎的疗效观察

Effect of Different Doses of Ambroxol on Severe Pneumonia in Children

目的观察不同剂量氨溴索佐治小儿重症肺炎的疗效。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月我院收治的重症肺炎患儿120例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各60例,研究组、对照组在常规治疗基础上分别给予大剂量氨溴索及常规剂量氨溴索静脉治疗,观察两组症状体征消失时间、住院时间及总有效率;记录并比较治疗前及治疗7天后两组的动脉血气指标、炎性因子水平变化情况。结果研究组症状体征各项指标消失时间均提前于对照组(P<0.05),研究组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),且总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组动脉血气相关指标(PaO2、SaO2及PaO2/FiO2)较对照组改善(P<0.05),炎性因子(IL-6、TNF-α)水平较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论大剂量氨溴索佐治小儿重症肺炎临床疗效优于常规剂量,能显著提高治疗有效率及缩短住院时间。

Objective To observe the effect of different doses of ambroxol on severe pneumonia in children. Methods120 children with severe pneumonia were selected during the period from September 2017 to September 2018 and were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group,60 in each;routine treatment was provided to children in both groups while a high dose of ambroxol was applied to children in treatment group;the time of symptom disappearance,the hospitalization duration and the total effective rate in the 2 groups were observed;the arterial blood gas index and inflammatory factors of the children before treatment and 7 days after treatment were recorded and a comparative study was made between the 2 groups. Results The time of symptom disappearance was earlier and the hospitalization duration was shorter in treatment group than those in control group(all P<0. 05),and the total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group;the arterial blood-gas index(PaO2,SaO2 and PaO2/Fi O2)and the inflammatory factors(IL-6 and TNF-α) were much more improved in treatment group than in control group(P<0. 05). Conclusions The curative effect of a high dose of ambroxol on severe pneumonia in children is superior to that of conventional dose,promoting the total effective rate greatly and shortening the hospitalization duration obviously.
