以胃底静脉曲张为主要表现的胰腺肿瘤20例临床分析

摘要 目的探讨胃底静脉曲张与胰腺肿瘤的关系及诊治对策。方法探讨胃底静脉曲张的病因、诊断和治疗方法。结果15例因上消化道出血、2例因脾功能亢进、3例因胰腺占位就诊。胃镜检查均有胃底静脉曲张。切除6例,其中脾切除加断流术8例,脾切除加胰体尾切除1例。余者行脾动脉栓塞2例,单纯内镜血管结扎2例。结论对于胃底静脉曲张为主要表现的区域性门静脉高压患者及早明确诊断,查找病因,并治疗原发病,以改善患者的预后。
