强化健康体检报告质量控制的措施及效果评价

Strengthening the Measures of Quality Control and Effect Evaluation of Physical Examination Report

目的探讨强化健康体检报告质量控制的具体措施及效果评价。方法收集2017—2018年全年发放的体检报告进行研究分析,以2018年全年体检报告25702份作为观察组,以2017年全年体检报告21163份作为对照组,对体检报告质量控制效果进行评价。结果2017年体检报告差错率为1.63%,2018年差错率为0.86%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);2017年体检客户的投诉率为0.085%,满意率为97.2%,2018年投诉率为0.012%、满意率为99.4%,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论通过强化体检报告质量控制,可有效提高体检报告的质量,减少体检报告的差错率,降低体检客户投诉率,提高满意率。

Objective:To explore the concrete measures and effect evaluation of strengthening the quality control of physical examination report.Method:The department of hospital health management in Tianjin has carried out the quality control and management of enhanced physical examination reports since January 2018,timely discovered and summarized the problems in physical examination reports.Formulating corresponding rectification measures and collecting physical examination reports were performed throughout the year from 2017 to 2018 for research and analysis.25,702 annual physical examination reports in 2018 were taken as the observation group and 21,163 annual physical examination reports in 2017 as the control group to evaluate the quality control effect of physical examination reports.Result:The error rate of the physical examination report in 2017 was 1.63%,and that in 2018 was 0.86%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In 2017,the complaint rate of the physical examination customers was 0.085%,and the satisfaction rate was 97.2%.In 2018,the complaint rate was 0.012%and the satisfaction rate was 99.4%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:By strengthening the quality control,the quality of physical examination report can be effectively improved;the error rate of physical examination report can be reduced;the customer complaint rate of physical examination can be reduced;and the satisfaction rate can be improved.
