HIV抗体酶联免疫试验结果的影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of the Results of HIV Antibody-linked Immunosorbent Assay

目的探讨抗人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)酶联免疫试验结果的影响因素,提高筛选检查准确性,为艾滋病的防控工作提供快速准确的科学依据。方法抽取2017年间送检至实验室的患者血清样本300例,进行回顾性分析,采用酶联免疫试验进行初筛选,由市疾控中心对其进行确认,同时对试验中所用试剂、标本、操作进行详细分析。结果在检测的样本中,上报20例,确认阳性15例,确认阴性4例,1例为HIV抗体不确定。结论临床应严格按照试剂盒说明书以及试剂操作要求规范试验操作,提高酶联免疫试验检测HIV筛选准确率,确保实验前后质量控制。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of anti-human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),improve the accuracy of screening and examination,and provide a fast and accurate scientific basis for the prevention and control of AIDS.Methods A total of 300 patients with serum samples sent to the laboratory during 2017 were selected for retrospective analysis.The initial screening was performed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),which was confirmed by the Municipal CDC.At the same time,the reagents,specimens and operations used in the test were used and a detailed analysis was implemented.Results Of the samples tested,20 case were reported,15 case were positive,4 case were negative,and 1 case was HIV antibody.Conclusion The clinical practice should be strictly in accordance with the instructions of the kit and the operation requirements of the reagents,and the accuracy of HIV screening should be improved by enzyme-linked immunoassay to ensure the quality control before and after the experiment.
