外科护理管理中风险管理的应用分析

Application Analysis of Risk Management in Surgical Nursing Management

目的分析外科护理管理中风险管理的应用价值。方法该辖区内医院外科自2018年1月起在护理管理中实施风险管理,比较实施风险管理前后的工作质量和患者满意度。结果实施风险管理后,护理风险事件发生率明显低于实施前,患者护理满意度高于实施前(P<0.05),外科护士的护理操作、服务态度、责任心、应急能力与沟通交流能力评分均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理管理中实施风险管理,可显著提高护理工作质量与患者满意度,降低护理风险事件发生风险,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of risk management in surgical nursing management.Methods Hospital surgery in our jurisdiction has implemented risk management in nursing management since January 2018,and compared the quality of work and patient satisfaction before and after risk management.Results After the implementation of risk management,the incidence of nursing risk events was significantly lower than before the implementation,the patient care satisfaction was higher than before the implementation(P<0.05),the nursing nurse's nursing operation,service attitude,responsibility,emergency ability and communication ability scores were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management in surgical nursing management can significantly improve the quality of nursing work and patient satisfaction,and reduce the risk of nursing risk events,which is worth promoting.
