程序化护理管理模式用于乳腺癌癌性伤口护理的临床有效性分析

目的探讨程序化护理管理模式用于乳腺癌癌性伤口护理的临床有效性。方法2016年1月—2017年12月将该院122例乳腺癌癌性伤口患者分为观察组和对照组,每组61例,对照组采用伤口常规护理,观察组在常规护理方法的基础上实施程序化护理管理模式,连续护理6个月后观察两组患者的临床有效性。结果观察组气味、渗液、疼痛及伤口出血好转情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者换药依从性、健康知识水平及遵医嘱情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论程序化护理管理模式用于乳腺癌癌性伤口护理中临床效果显著,有助于改善各项临床症状,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of programmed nursing management model for breast cancer wound care.Methods A total of 122 patients from January 206 to December 2017 with breast cancer wounds in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,61 cases in each group.The control group used routine wound care.The observation group implemented programmed nursing management mode based on routine nursing methods.The clinical effectiveness of the two groups of patients was observed after 6 months.Results The odor,exudate,pain and wound hemorrhage in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of the patients in the observation group,the level of health knowledge and the compliance with the doctors were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The programmatic nursing management mode is used for breast cancer cancer wound care,which has a significant clinical effect and helps to improve various clinical symptoms.It is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
