慢性传染性肝病管理模式的临床应用分析

目的探讨慢性传染性肝病管理模式的临床应用方法与效果。方法从2018年1—12月,共选取患者200例作为案例进行研究分析。对所有患者实行慢性传染性肝病管理。结果在管理模式执行之前200例患者对于疾病中疾病进展、并发症以及治疗方案知晓率分别为78.0%、79.5%、40.5%;执行后200例患者对于疾病知晓率分别为97.5%、94.0%、95.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预之前200例患者对于临床诊治的依从或完全依从例数134例,依从率67.0%;干预后200例患者对于临床诊治的依从或完全依从例数188例,依从率94.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性传染性肝病管理模式的临床应用显著,能够提高患者对于疾病的认知与控制能力,优化临床干预效果,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To explore the clinical application methods and effects of the management model of chronic infectious liver disease.Methods From January to December 2018,a total of 200 patients were selected as case studies.Management of chronic infectious liver disease is performed on all patients.Results Prior to the implementation of the management model,200 patients had 78.0%,79.5%,and 40.5%of disease progression,complications,and treatment options,respectively.After the implementation,the awareness rate of the patients in the 200 patients was 97.5%,94.0%,and 95.0%,respectively.The difference between the groups was statistcally significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the 200 patients who underwent the clinical consultation was 134 cases,and the compliance rate was 67.0%.After the intervention,200 patients were in compliance with the clinical diagnosis or treatment.There were 188 cases of complete compliance,and the compliance rate was 94.0%.The difference between groups was statistcally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of the management model of chronic infectious liver disease is significant,which can improve the patient's ability to recognize and control the disease,optimize the effect of clinical intervention,and is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
