跌倒风险分级管理在神经内科开放病房防跌倒护理管理中的作用

The Role of Fall Risk Classification Management in the Management of An-ti-fall Care in Open Ward of Neurology Department

目的探讨跌倒风险分级管理在神经内科开放病房防跌倒护理管理中的作用。方法在选取医院神经内科开放病房2016年7月—2018年9月期间收治的108例住院患者,将采取常规护理管理干预者设为对照组(n=54),将采取跌倒风险分级管理者设为研究组(n=54),比较跌倒发生率以及对防跌倒知识掌握程度差异。结果①研究组跌倒事件发生率3.70%低于对照组的83.33%(χ^2=4.960,P=0.026);②研究组患者对跌倒知识掌握率98.15%高于对照组的85.19%(χ^2=4.364,P=0.037)。结论跌倒风险分级管理在神经内科开放病房防跌倒护理管理中有积极作用,推荐应用。

Objective To explore the role of fall risk management in the management of anti-fall nursing in open ward of neurology department.Methods 108 hospitalized patients admitted to the hospital neurology open ward from July 2016 to September 2018 were selected:the routine nursing management intervention was set as the control group(n=54),and the fall risk grading manager was set as the study group(n=54),compare the incidence of falls and the difference in mastery of fall prevention knowledge.Results 1.The incidence of falls in the study group was 3.70%lower than 83.33%in the control group(χ^2=4.960,P=0.026).2.The study group had a knowledge of fall rate of 98.15%higher than that of the control group(85.19%)(χ^2=4.364,P=0.037).Conclusion The fall risk classification management has a positive effect in the management of anti-fall care in the open ward of neurology,and it is recommended.
