摘要
目的了解荆门地区某化工厂职工代谢性疾病的患病情况,为开展代谢性疾病的早期管理及干预工作提供科学依据。方法对1923名荆门地区某化工厂职工进行体检,项目包括身高、体重、血压、血常规、肝功能、肾功能等,并对体检结果进行分析。结果受检职工患病率最高的代谢性疾病为低密度脂蛋白升高(36.66%),其后依次为超重+肥胖(31.10%),甘油三酯升高(24.80%),高血压(18.72%),肾结石(17.89%),前列腺增生(17.21%),总胆固醇升高(15.24%),肝囊肿(8.42%),血尿酸升高(3.38%),肾囊肿(3.07%),且除总胆固醇升高及前列腺增生外,上述疾病患病率男性均显著高于女性(P<0.05)。结论该化工厂职工代谢性疾病的发生率较高,应着手制定相应预防及干预措施,以降低代谢性疾病患病率,改善职业人群健康状况。
Objective To understand the prevalence of metabolic diseases among workers in a chemical plant in Jingmen area,and to provide scientific evidence for early management and intervention of metabolic diseases.Methods A total of 1923 employees of a chemical plant in Jingmen area were examined.The items included height,weight,blood pressure,blood routine,liver function,and renal function.The results of the physical examination were analyzed.Results The highest prevalence of metabolic disease was low-density lipoprotein(36.66%),followed by overweight+obesity(31.10%),triglyceride(24.80%),and hypertension(18.72%),kidney stones(17.89%),benign prostatic hyperplasia(17.21%),elevated total cholesterol(15.24%),hepatic cysts(8.42%),elevated blood uric acid(3.38%),renal cysts(3.07%),and except for elevated total cholesterol and benign prostatic hyperplasia,the prevalence of these diseases was significantly higher in men than in women(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of metabolic diseases among workers in this chemical plant is high.It is necessary to develop corresponding prevention and intervention measures to reduce the prevalence of metabolic diseases and improve the health status of occupational groups.
