持续质量改进护理干预对胶质瘤患者并发症及满意度的影响观察

Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement Nursing Intervention on Complications and Satisfaction of Glioma Patients

目的:对持续质量改进护理干预对胶质瘤患者并发症及满意度的影响观察。方法:选取我院2016年4月至2017年4月入院治疗的60例胶质瘤患者作为研究对象,将其按随机数字表的方法分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上,针对过往病例的护理干预进行回顾性分析并对实施结果进行总结,找到过往干预中出现的不足并加以改进,实施针对性全过程的持续质量改进护理干预。分别对两组患者的并发症出现情况及满意度进行分析比对。结果:经比较,观察组患者在持续质量改进护理干预下,并发症的发病例数显著降低(P<0.05),并且在满意度上,观察组的满意程度也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:持续质量改进护理干预对胶质瘤患者的并发症有改善作用,并有效提高患者对护理干预的满意度。

Objective:To continuously observe the effect of nursing intervention on complications and satisfaction of patients with glioma.Methods:Sixty patients with gliomas were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)from April 2016 to April 2017.Routine nursing was performed on the control group.On the basis of the control group,the observation group conducted a retrospective analysis of the nursing interventions of past cases,summarized the implementation results,and found and improved the shortcomings of previous interventions.Continuously improve the quality of the entire sexual intervention process.The complications and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Result:As a result of the comparison,the number of complications in the observation group was significantly lower in the continuously improved nursing intervention(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous improvement of nursing intervention can improve the complications of glioma patients and effectively improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing intervention.
